Five new releases have arrived this month on the Ethereal Projector label — some loud, some quiet, others textured, rhythmic, atmospheric, or even supernatural, as if they had drifted in from another dimension. Each of these albums is sure to leave an impression.

The Ethereal Projector is embracing the Post-Everything aesthetic and focuses on the different experimental and eclectic genres of music. For the first two weeks after release, we’re using the "name your price" model on Bandcamp. Physical copies of the releases are also available for purchase through the links below. Enjoy!

Fonolabe – Essens Periferion

Format: digital, cassette, CD

You are entering the liminal dimension between reality and nightmare. Essens Periferion drags you through dark cold electronic currents, a slow descent into peripheral zones where form dissolves and consciousness frays. Fonolabe sculpts an atmosphere of shifting shadows and corrosive ambience — an uneasy drift along the outer edges of perception, where nothing is stable, and everything listens back.

Hyenas for Sale – Not All Refracted Light Is as It Seems

Genre, style: #electronic #noise

Format: digital, vinyl and CD

Biology and machine give birth to a new beginning. Wires and flesh form between dimensions, growing a new atmosphere. Reaching out, screaming, thirsty for a chance to be within the living realm. A corrupted script prompts fragments to reconfigure into the code of a singularity. A blue phone rings from across the hall. Your vision is blurry. You hear a voice. Click...

la05un – Whatever Form You Spoke Of, You Were Right

Format: digital, vinyl and CD

Akira Film Script about this album:

"It's a very eclectic IDM-leaning record with some great little sonic oddities. Kris has a VERY unique sense for melodies, and I swear he's like a young Aphex Twin or the like"

Dionisaf about this album:

"When you listen to something like this, it takes you back to the 90s and early 2000s, when such cool electronic music albums were released — albums that stayed with you for a lifetime"

Lastboss – Coaxial

Format: digital, black vinyl-effect CD, vinyl and CD

Coaxial emerges as a sharp new mutation in the Lastboss continuum — a post‑electronic pressure chamber where breakcore volatility, IDM intricacy, Drum & Bass velocity, and tense ambient and noise layers. Drawing on the artist’s long-running experimental practice, this upcoming album pushes his hybrid style into a tighter, more accelerated form.

Portal of Reflections – Memories of the Future

Format: digital, vinyl and CD

Here, time is looped: you look ahead, yet feel a poignant longing for what has not yet had the chance to happen. Allow yourself to dissolve into this majestic void. Close your eyes and let the analog waves carry you into a space where an icy cosmic wind intertwines with a drone pulsing in the dark. It is a slow immersion into the depths, where the radio interference of abandoned worlds becomes tangible, turning the solitude of the universe into your own deeply personal experience.
